On arrival in Sicily. Airport pick-up and transfer to our Villa Cefala' in Bagheria. Check-in. Welcome cocktail follows—dinner at our Hotel Villa Cefala' in Bagheria. Enjoy a menu designed by Chef Walter featuring traditional Sicilian dishes and a selection of local wines.

Day 2 Tuesday, October 1
PALERMO, BALLARO '- MONREALE - SANTA FLAVIA
Breakfast - History Tour. Ballaro' Market Street Food Experience - Wine Tasting with house-made conserves at Ubarunieddu in Bagheria - Dinner at Don Ciccio on authentic Palermo Cooking. Return to Villa Cefala'.
Day 3 Wednesday, October 2
SEGESTA - CALATAFIMI - ALCAMO, BAGHERIA
Breakfast - History Tour of the Segesta Greek Ruins with a complimentary journey on a bus. Visit nearby Calatafimi, where an Italian Military Strategist named Giuseppe Garibaldi defeated the army of the Reign of the Two Sicilies, hence uniting the country of Italy in 1865. Enjoy a wine Tasting at Quattrocieli in Alcamo + lunch with wine tasting—dinner at Francu U Piscaturi in the lovely fishing village of Porticello in Bagheria.
Day 4 Thursday, October 3
BAGHERIA, CEFALU', ACI TREZZA- Transfer Day
Breakfast. We are Leaving Bagheria and going to Cefalu for lunch and wine tasting. We will move from northern Sicily to the Southeast in about two hours in the afternoon. Check-in is at the luxurious Grand Hotel Faraglioni in Aci Trezza, a fishing port north of Catania. Welcome cocktails and dinner at our hotel will be based on a menu selected by Chef Walter and the local chef. Leisure walk on the waterfront overlooking the historic Faraglioni.
Day 5 Friday, October 4
CATANIA - SAVOCA & TAORMINA
Breakfast: Visit the immense Catania Fish Market, Piazza Duomo, and the historic center. Travel to Savoca, where many of the scenes from the Godfather movie were shot. Lunch with wine in a Savoca bakery. Afternoon departure to Taormina. Cannoli tasting at La Pignolata, free time to absorb the splendor of Taormina. Back on the road toward Aci Trezza. Relax. We are out for a seafood dinner on the waterfront near our hotel.
Day 6 Saturday, October 5
RAGUSA, MODICA, ACIREALE Baroque Day
Breakfast. Departure to the capital of the Baroque Ragusa. You will visit the city's immense historic richness on the Baroque train. Upon your return, there will be lunch with wine. In the afternoon, we will continue our visit to the second Baroque city of Modica. Here, you will board the Chocolate Train Experience, which will take you to the most symbolic architecture of Modica while tasting chocolate. Return to the Aci Trezza Hotel for a relaxing break. We will have Dinner in Acireale, visit the landmark restaurant, Corte Marconi, and return to our Faraglioni Hotel in Aci Trezza.
Day 7 Sunday, October 6
NOTO - SIRACUSA, ORTIGIA - Last Day
Breakfast. We will depart to the last of our Baroque jewels and visit Noto, a historical site along the main center road, Corso Vittorio Emanuele III. Lunch and Wine Tasting in Noto. Afternoon departure to Siracusa and its landmark, the island of Ortigia. Gelato tasting in Siracusa's most loved gelateria. Give yourself free time to immerse yourself in the numerous quaint shops of artisans and street food enclaves. It's time to re-enter our hotel in Aci Trezza for a relaxing time and a cocktail near the Ionian Sea. Farewell dinner at our hotel.
Day 8, Monday, October 7 / ACI TREZZA, CATANIA AIRPORT
Early breakfast is followed by the departure toward Catania Fontanarossa Airport (20 minutes) for the connecting flights, based on scheduled departures.
