Arrival Airport BARI, October 6, 2025. Our driver, Sheila, and Chef Walter will await the guests' arrival at the terminal. The journey to the hotel is about one hour south.
Home Base for the week. Fasano Area (Province of Brindisi)
Day 1 Arrival on Monday, October 6, 2025.
Check into the hotel. Welcome Cocktail. Evening Dinner. Brief orientation about the week's program.
Day 2 - Tuesday, October 7 - Otranto - Lecce
Breakfast: Departure to Otranto. Visit the fishing borgo, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, travel to Lecce. History and Culture Walk. Dessert break. Return to the Hotel. Free evening.
Day 3 - Wednesday, October 8 - Alberobello - Ostuni
Breakfast: Departure to Alberobello. History and Culture Walk. Afternoon Wine Tasting with Food in Ostuni. Return to home base with a cooking class on local cuisine scheduled for the evening. Dinner included.
Day 4 - Thursday, October 9 - Matera
Breakfast: Departure to Matera in the Basilicata Region. History and Culture Walk. Lunch. Free Time. Afternoon departure to Pezze di Greco, tasting wine and olive oil with Food. Free Evening.
Day 5 - Friday, October 10 - Bari - Polignano a Mare
Breakfast: Departure to Bari. Street Food Experience in Bari Vecchia. Free Time. Late afternoon, travel to Polignano. Gelato Tasting. Evening Dinner in Fasano.
Day 6 - Saturday, October 11 - Brindisi
Breakfast: Departure to Brindisi. History and Culture Walk. Wine tasting—Lunch. Free time. Shopping. Dessert Break with aperitifs. Return to the Hotel. Cooking Class on local cuisine. Dinner included
Day 7 - Sunday, October 12 - Torre Canne - Savelletri - Fasano
Breakfast. Visit the shores and the Egnazia Excavation ruins. Lunch in Speziale. Return to the hotel. Pack. Farewell dinner.

Breakfast: Guests will be driven to the Bari Airport for their return destinations.
