It is a perfect tour to taste two wineries without visiting their facilities. We will select some of the most renowned wineries and taste in their charming tasting rooms. The sommelier will explain the wines, the history of the winery, and curiosities… Through several wines, you will discover the personality of the Penedès and the different styles produced.

Barcelona Gaudi Tour with Sagrada Familia (Afternoon)
Marvel at Barcelona's beauty as you visit its most iconic sites. La Pedrera reflects Gaudí's imagination, with its atypical terrace dominated by chimneys that resemble medieval knights. Explore Casa Batlló, a masterpiece that stands out for its vivid colors, illumination, and columns in the shape of bones. These architectural wonders will leave you in awe and inspire your journey through Barcelona.
Visit Gaudi's Masterpiece: The Sagrada Familia
Step back in time as you explore the Gothic Quarter (Barrio Gótico) of Barcelona. This remarkably well-preserved medieval area boasts intact plazas, palaces, churches, and monuments dating back to the 13th and 14th centuries. Highlights include Plaça del Rei, the square where Colthe Catholic Kings welcomed Columbus on his first trip to America, the Roman Walls that once surrounded the Roman city of Barcino, and other local favorites. This tour is a fascinating journey through the rich history of Barcelona.
The density of imposing buildings scattered around the narrow streets of the medieval city core bears witness to a rich history from when Barcelona was a superpower in the Mediterranean, together with cities like Venice and Genova. It was here where the famous Inquisition spread fear. At Plaça Sant Felip Neri, you will come across a testimony from a critical event in Spain from the 20th century: the bombings of Barcelona during the Civil War (1936-39).
The Barcelona Gothic Quarter Tour takes you through the most important sights of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona, from the Cathedral of Barcelona (La Seu) to the cobbled streets of the Born area, the narrow streets of the old Jewish Quarter (the Call), and the Roman ruins. It's a free evening.

Montserrat and Llopart Winery and Cava Tasting (Sparkling Wine)
Just 50 km away from Barcelona, Montserrat is a unique visit. The magnificent mountain and its sanctuary are filled with history, legend, and culture. Its origin goes back to the 9th century as a chapel dedicated to Saint Mary. Throughout the centuries, it has become a pilgrimage center and undertook several transformations, becoming an independent abbey and a cultural landmark. Its important music school is also documented as far back as the 14th century, and its "Escolania" (children's choir) is one of the oldest in Europe. Visitors can find spirituality here and behold the mysteriously beautiful Virgin of Montserrat, nicknamed La Moreneta (the black Virgin).
In this spectacular natural setting, travelers can enjoy a cultural, natural, and mystical visit to this mountain, this little paradise where we can enjoy its corners, landscapes, and history. Say goodbye to your guide, who will return to Barcelona by train. Continue with your driver to... Llopart Winery Visit and Cava Tasting (sparkling wine) According to a document written in Latin and dated 1385, a Llopart family's ancestor, Bernardus Leopardi, was granted some vineyards located in the present country estate Can Llopart de Subirats.
Over the following centuries, the Llopart family combined the cultivation of traditional agricultural Mediterranean products: grapevine, wheat, and olive. At the end of the XVIII century, the Lloparts decided to devote themselves exclusively to wine growing. The secular dedication to vine cultivation, elaboration, and wine growing reached its turning point after intense testings, with the production of the first Cava Llopart bottles at the old country house cellar in 1887. In the early 1950s, Pere Llopart i Vilarós gave his cellars a new drive. He actively contributed to launching the "craft canvas" and consolidated cava Llopart as a high-quality product.
We will take you to explore the private country house inherited in the XIV century. Over time, the small cellar in the house basement was converted into the place where, in 1887, the first bottle of Llopat cava was produced. In this charming old winery, you will experience a trip to the past by tasting their most emblematic and exclusive cava, Original Gran Reserva 1887, while enjoying local snacks.
The experience will continue by visiting one of their oldest vineyards: "La Vinya del Paulino," with vines FD Montserrat and Llopart Winery and Cava Tasting (Sparkling Wine) The experience will continue by visiting one of their oldest vineyards: "La Vinya del Paulino," with vines that are more than 75 years old; the current facilities where all products of Llopart ́s range of cavas are produced and where you will have the chance to enjoy tastings of different kinds of their Gran Reserva cavas.

Girona & Dali Museum in Figures
Salvador Dalí is undoubtedly one of the most relevant artists of the 20th century, and perhaps he's the one who inspires the most curiosity. His extravagant personality and artistic genius led him to create fascinating works of art, such as The Persistence of Memory or The Great Masturbator.
Considered the artist's last great work, the collection of the unique Teatre-Museu in Figueres takes us on a captivating, immersive journey through the Dali universe. "Where, if not here?" he said, as this was his hometown and where he first exhibited his works.
Dalí's world was entirely of imagination, eccentricity, and symbolism—he was a character. Today, follow his footsteps through some of the life sceneries most dear to him. The ancient walled city of Girona stands on a fortress-like hill, high above the confluence of the Onyar and Ter rivers, and has a long and distinguished history. Founded by Iberians, the Romans later named it Gerunda. They established it as an essential stopping point on the Via Augusta, linking Iberia with Rome.
The vast 15th-century cathedral, boasting the broadest unsupported Gothic arch in the world, dominates the skyline. Yet, much of the city's attraction lies in exploring its labyrinthic cobbled streets, especially around the charming Jewish Quarter. Its maze-like distribution, medieval atmosphere, the charm of "Barri Vell" stores, and its beautiful corners make it a fascinating visit. The Jewish Call also retains much of its Kabbalistic mystery, which characterized Girona Jews in a setting that has remained in the exact location since the Middle Ages.
Also known as the city of four rivers or Little Florence, Girona is where we can travel back to Iberian and Roman times and discover Romanesque monasteries, Arab Baths, Gothic gems, and charming squares and corners.
Includes: A private guided tour of the Dalí museum (Figueres) and Girona, including all entry fees. Lunch is included. There will be a free evening.
Friday
Tour in Besalú
We'll meet at 11 am at the Romanesque bridge of Besalú to kick off our private tour of this picturesque town in Girona. We'll learn about the history of Besalú and the region of La Garrocha, located in the northeast of Catalonia and famous for its natural park.
We'll cross the monumental Romanesque bridge of the 11th century and enter the charming historic center of Besalú, an excellent example of cultural heritage conservation. Its streets still preserve the same layout and construction as during medieval times, making this a stunning blast to the past.
We'll visit the town's stores and open-air markets and then walk down the riverbank to the Jewish Quarter. Here, we'll find the Micvé, a ritual bath unique to the peninsula, and the remains of the synagogue and the Jewish school.
We'll continue walking until we reach the Town Hall Square, where we'll discover the local products of Besalú, such as sausage, cheese, or the famous ratafía, a liqueur made from herbs.
Then we'll head to the Plaza de San Pedro, where we'll see its Romanesque church and the church of San Vicente. Did you know that this temple once possessed one of the pieces of the Vera Cruz, where Christ was crucified? Finally, we'll visit a viewpoint to enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Besalú. We'll end the tour at this spot around 12:30 pm.
