1. Leave the USA on May 11, 2025, for the overnight flight

2. The home base will be Parma. Take a train from Bologna to Parma. 

3. Arrivals and Departures Bologna Airport


Day 1 - Monday. May 12, 2025 (Arrival)

Arrival. Guests will be picked up at Parma train station. And check-in to Parma Hotel. Welcome cocktail. Evening welcome Dinner. Orientation


Day 2 - Tuesday, May 13, / Piacenza - Zibello

Breakfast. Travel to Piacenza. History and Culture Walk. Lunch. Afternoon visit to the Zibello King Massio Spigaroli. Return to Parma. Free evening to dine and explore the historical city. 


Day 3 - Wednesday, May 14 / Modena - Parma

Breakfast. Departure to Modena. History + Culture Walk. Wine tasting with food. Visit the Ferrari Museum, and a balsamic Acetaia for a tasting. Dinner in Parma. 


Day 4 - Thursday, May 15 / Mantova - Parma

Breakfast, a history and culture walk, lunch in Mantova, Dessert tasting, a return to Parma, a free evening, and Dinner on your own. 


Day 5 - Friday, May 16 / Bologna Street Food Day

Breakfast. Visiting Bologna's historical richness. The street food experience in search of the best mortadelle, tortelline, salumi, ragu, and much more. You are free to explore the city further in the afternoon. Return to Parma for an optional cooking class with food, or free evening to relax or dine-out on your own. . 


Day 6 - Saturday, May 17 / Busseto, Cremona, Parma

Breakfast. Wine-tasting + lunch. In the air of Busseto, you can breathe the notes of the famous composer  Giuseppe Verdi, the most well-known representative of Italian opera, who was born in Roncole Verdi, a hamlet close to Busseto. In Cremona, you can perceive the equally decisive presence of the great Antonio  Stradivari. The two Masters have contributed to making these places known worldwide for their unique music, good food, and natural heritage. Free evening.


Day 7 - Sunday, May 18 / Day in Parma Territory

Breakfast. We will spend the day around this historical center, and nearby areas eating drinking and discovering history. Last-minute shopping for you. Return to our hotel for the farewell dinner.


Day 8 - Monday, May 19 / Departures

Breakfast. Departure from Bologna Airport to final destinations.
