A typical day includes breakfast in the morning, followed by traveling to a nearby city or town to purchase the necessary ingredients for a five-course meal; back in the kitchen, we begin our daily orientation and work on our menu. An estimated cooking class will last 3 hours. We will then sit down and enjoy our food creations with local wines, olive oil—and rustic breads. After lunch, you can take a break or enjoy sightseeing alone or in company. Your evenings are free to explore restaurants, shops, and other personal activities.
The prepared meals will reflect the classic "Italian meal structure" of one appetizer, one first course (pasta, risotti, grains, etc.), one main course (secondo), Vegetables, and dessert.
Each Day, the participants will taste different wines, olive oils, and cheeses.
Allergies are addressed with Chef Walter for proper modifications.

The fee for this unforgettable experience is $3850 per person for double occupancy (with a $600 supplement for single occupancy). It covers workshop sessions, all meals, six-night accommodations, transportation, excursions, a hands-on cooking class, and more.
Please note that airfare to Italy and airport transfers are not included. Also, this itinerary involves moderate physical activity and may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.
