Day 1 Monday (September 30)
Airport Borsellino Falcone (Punta Raisi) Palermo
On arrival in Sicily. Airport pick-up and transfer to our exquisite hotel in Bagheria.
A welcome cocktail follows check-in.

Day 2 Tuesday / PALERMO, CASTELDACCIA (October 1)
Breakfast. Palermo Historical city center visit with Sheila Filipponi, followed by Ballaro's Market for a Street Food Lunch with wine.
Salaparuta Wine Tasting in the late afternoon.
Dinner in Bagheria at Don Ciccio

Day 3 Wednesday / MONREALE, ALCAMO, BAGHERIA (October 2)
Breakfast. Morning travel to the Duomo of Monreale for a cultural visit to the Unesco Treasure. Immerse yourself into the true essence of culture.
Afternoon travel to Alcamo for a wine tasting + picnic lunch at Four Cieli Winery with locally-made organic paired foods. A brief visit to the town of nearby Calatafimi, the place where the initial creation of United Italy was discussed and executed.
Return to our hotel in Bagheria—dinner in the quaint village of Santa Flavia on seafood.
Pack your bags. We are moving tomorrow to the splendid city of Siracusa.

Day 4 Thursday / BAGHERIA, CEFALU', SIRACUSA (October 3)
Breakfast. Today is a long day for us but certainly rewarding. We will travel toward Siracusa, with the first stop in Cefalu' on the Island's eastern shores. Next, visit the Unesco Treasure Duomo, followed by a coffee and dessert break in the center's Piazza. Back on the road toward the ancient city of Siracusa, our next home for the remaining time in Sicily. We'll stop for a picnic box lunch with wine or a wine tasting along the way.
Check in the elegance and comfort of Hotel Parco delle Fontane. Free time for you to enjoy the spectacular setting. Welcome cocktail with locally-made antipasti.

Day 5 Friday / SAVOCA & TAORMINA + SIRACUSA (October 4)
Breakfast. We are departing from Siracusa today and heading along the coast towards Savoca to visit the filming sites of the movie "The Godfather."
Food Tasting in Savoca at the famous Il Buon Pane, perhaps the best bread makers of the territory. Sample, among other things, the obsession with "Focaccia Messinese."
Afternoon travel to Taormina. Free time to shop and visit the many attractions in the romantic city center. Dinner in Taormina.
Cannoli Tasting at La Pignolata after dinner.
Return to Siracusa.

Day 6 Saturday / MODICA, RAGUSA, NOTO (Baroque Day) (October 5)
Breakfast. Ragusa guided visit to admire the incredible architecture. Lunch in Ragusa on local specialties. Back on the road toward Modica. Free time in Modica. Chocolate tasting in Modica. Departure toward the baroque city of Noto with a visit to the city center with stops to enjoy an excellent dinner with wine.

Day 7 Sunday / SIRACUSA, ORTIGIA (October 6)
Breakfast. Morning walks through the Island of Ortigia and its outdoor market—lunch at Fratelli Burgio., or similar at the waterfront. We will spend most of the day on this quaint Island—last-minute shopping free time in Ortigia.
Farewell Dinner at Hotel Parco delle Fontane.

Day 8, Monday / SIRACUSA, CATANIA (October 7)
Early breakfast followed by the departure toward Catania Fontanarossa Airport (1 hour) for the connecting flights, based on scheduled departures.
